Grapefruit Ginger Drink

This grapefruit and ginger drink is my Mimosa replacement. Orange juice with seltzer is a very nice drink, but I wanted something a little more interesting and flavorful. This drink uses the ginger syrup from the homemade ginger ale recipe so be sure you make that first as it takes the longest. Once you have the syrup it’s as simple as adding the grapefruit juice and seltzer. Yum! See the full post with recipe links here.

Grapefruit Ginger Drink

A non-alcoholic play on a Mimosa for brunching while pregnant, made with ginger syrup, grapefruit juice and seltzer.
Course Drink
Servings 1 drink

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. The ginger syrup here is from the homemade ginger ale recipe so go make that first.
  2. In a glass, mix the ginger syrup with the grapefruit juice with a long spoon. Top with the seltzer and ice.

Recipe Notes

This is for one drink but of course if you want to make a larger batch you can simply multiply the ingredients by the number of drinks you want to make. You can get 16 drinks from one batch of the ginger syrup.
