In-Person Mini Retreats
In-Person Yoga/Meditation and Embodied Cooking all in one beautiful morning.
A warm community retreat hosted in my Brooklyn home, with busy parents in mind but all welcome. We start with restorative yoga and breathing exercises, then I share the embodied cooking practice and I cook and teach you how to make a healthy lunch. We eat lunch and enjoy guided discussion. Finally we end with a breathing and meditation session to send us floating out into the rest of our weekend feeling connected and rejuvenated.
