    I love your cookbook and tell everyone I know about it. Thank you for all you do. I’m working my way through the whole thing (save for some food allergies). We are mostly pescatarian and the book is perfect and loaded with so much flavor. I’ve also learned so much from your techniques and become a lot more confident in the kitchen. I realize there’s so much you can make on your own .with just a little time .. and feel pretty badass about it, too. (Looks on people’s faces when I tell them I made my own ricotta is always fun.) My personal favorite hack is buying spices in bulk – $.89 for three tbsp (usually the amt in one jar) of turmeric and other similar spices!
