It’s my youngest sister’s (Hannah’s) birthday today. Hannah has many wonderful qualities, but one of my favorites is that she is really fun to cook for. She basically likes everything, and is always extremely enthusiastic and goes back for seconds. She’s the kind of person you want to make cookies for. So Hannah, these are for you!

Mangos are cheap, juicy and delicious right now. They must be in season somewhere and are making their way to NYC and into my kitchen on a regular basis. Pretty much every morning I haven’t been traveling lately I have made myself one of these. It starts the day off right! With Mother’s Day coming up I know I’d probably whip up one of these for my Mum if I got to be with her, so I hope some of you can make these for your Mothers!
